my dear friend julia and i spent the evening discussing our upcoming photo shoot and naming pieces for the fall 2009 from lara collection. i'm thrilled with what we've come up with so far--all silly, whimsical, and wonderful.

pantone fall 2009

i just came across pantone's fashion color report for fall 2009. the teal blue, purple, grey, and honey-yellow hues feel very fall to me, while the lime green is a bit more unexpected.
