alexa chung for madewell

this past weekend in nyc, alexa chung unveiled her debut collection for madewell at the bowery hotel during new york's fashion week. i'm loving the vintage-y, feminine feel of the collection and am looking forward to seeing it in person when it hits shelves in august.

i think all the pieces are very reflective of alexa's own laid-back personal style...

the third look with the long, high-waisted is my absolute favorite (and check out those shoes!)
