i spent the holiday weekend in sunny los angeles for a work event. even though i didn't get to see much of the sights, it was still refreshing to leave nyc for a few days and soak in a bit of the sun. living in nyc, i think sometimes i forget how much greenery there is elsewhere. and s p a c e... *sigh*

one of the places i visited during my stay in buenos aires was la recoleta cemetery. the cemetery is famous for the influential argentinians (including evita) buried there, as well as for its over-the-top, luxurious tombs. although it felt a bit creepy to be walking around dead people, there were tons of beautiful details...

hi friends! i'm back from my trip to argentina! i took the redeye sunday night and got into nyc monday morning at 6am so i was pretty much a zombie all day at work. aside from the plane ride back (really long and i couldn't sleep at all), the trip was amazing! for now, i leave you with some pictures from the plaza san telmo antiques market i went to in buenos aires.

and headed to ARGENTINA!!! i'll be traveling with my family and needless to say i am beyond excited. we'll be spending some time in buenos aires and el calafate (to see the icebergs!) posting will be a bit slow here over the next week but i hope you all have a lovely long, easter weekend!
