help! i've fallen and i can't get up

i've got a serious case of the mondays today. this morning all i wanted to do was crawl back into bed and put the covers over my head. 

here's something to get you through the week. how adorable is this english bulldog? i literally wanted jump through my computer screen and help him up! eek!
